Artist's Description
During the peak of the eclipse for us in PA, no birds were calling or flitting around the yard, no crickets chirping, all was quiet. Nothing was moving except 1 gigantic hawk that passed overhead silently. I captured this shot with an old pocket camera and because of the clouds, I didn't need a special UV filter. (This photograph is not signed/dated)
